Ingredients and their benefits:

Birch is known to help cleanse the body, promote healthy skin, and combat inflammation. Birch leaf tea is especially well known for its ability to support immune health.

Made in Iceland is considered highly beneficial for curing a number of ailments caused by respiratory tract infections. Creeping Thyme is also considered to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and increase circulation. It has also been used in the treatment of digestive disorders. 

Made in Iceland has been used to stimulate appetite and improve digestion. Angelica is used as an herbal remedy for bronchitis, asthma, and other respiratory system ailments. 

Sweet Cicely has been used for asthma and other breathing problems, cough, digestion problems, chest and throat complaints, and urinary tract disorders. 

Red Clover has been used for cancer prevention, indigestion, high cholesterol, asthma and other ailments of the respiratory system. Red Clover has also been used for symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes and for premenstrual syndrome

Arctic Root is believed to relieve stress and depression, improve memory and strengthen the immune system.
